I helped establish an in-house training seminar where I have been a lead speaker since 2014. What started as an event for mid-Atlantic employees soon grew to include keynotes from corporate executives, discussions with clients, and activities designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, and team-building with employees from across the country.
Planning and promoting the workshops is no small feat. Each year, I work with a tight-knit team to develop an engaging agenda that ensures everyone learns from one another and leaves with new insights. Brand Camp was a theme I developed with colleagues to embrace this spirit and signal our intent to break up the rigidity of traditional training workshops.
